Good morning and Happy February!!! This Sunday, Feb 6th is when the challenge begins! You can check your steps off *I think* only the day of.. it's brand new, we will see how this works together on Sunday! Be sure to get your calendar out and schedule your workouts. One program a day, 5 days a week with 2 days rest is the best way to go. Or, If you need to double up, please be sure the combination is complimentary of each other. Example- Combat + Pop Pilates, Pump + BodyBalance etc. THIS ISN'T A RACE! Everyone who completes the challenge, gets rewarded with an Amped Up tank! You got this!! ♥️
