Our studio is a place where you not only get a great workout but also have fun while you're at it. We are proud to say that our studio is a no judgement zone and everyone from all walks of life and fitness levels are welcome!

STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT
LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT is progressive strength training, meaning each workout focuses on a specific training protocol for building strength over the 12 workouts. This ranges from Foundational Strength, to Hypertrophy, to Pure Strength, while the structure and feel is very different to BODYPUMP™.

This series of full-body workouts mixes multi-joint movements and loaded exercises to build athletic strength, increase muscle tone, and push you to get fitter and stronger for everyday life. Les Mills BODYPUMP
BODYPUMP, a total body workout that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. Powered by science – using THE REP EFFECT formula of light weights and high repetitions, BODYPUMP develops lean, athletic muscle, aids metabolism and improves body composition.
Les Mills BODYCOMBAT
This high-energy martial-arts inspired kickboxing workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
Les Mills BODYBALANCE
BODYBALANCE™ is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.
Pop Pilates
Pop Pilates is an energetic, music driven workout that blends classic Pilates principles with fluid choreography. Each class focuses on core strength, controlled movements, and full-body toning, all performed on the mat. Expect precise, low-impact exercises set to upbeat playlists that keep the pace engaging while improving strength, flexibility, and body awareness. It’s a fun, challenging, and effective workout suitable for all fitness levels.
Jazzercise
Jazzercise is a high energy group fitness class that blends easy to follow dance cardio with strength training. Every class is set to upbeat music, led by a friendly instructor, and designed to make you feel stronger, happier, and more confident.
