STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT

LES MILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT is progressive strength training, meaning each workout focuses on a specific training protocol for building strength over the 12 workouts. This ranges from Foundational Strength, to Hypertrophy, to Pure Strength, while the structure and feel is very different to BODYPUMP™.

This series of full-body workouts mixes multi-joint movements and loaded exercises to build athletic strength, increase muscle tone, and push you to get fitter and stronger for everyday life. Launches August 23rd 2025

An invigorating blend of Pilates, barre, and power yoga set to modern beats. With small, controlled movements, you sculpt and strengthen all major muscle groups, improve alignment and increase flexibility. It’s a low impact but intense way to heat up your training.

BODYPUMP, a total body workout that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. Powered by science – using THE REP EFFECT formula of light weights and high repetitions, BODYPUMP develops lean, athletic muscle, aids metabolism and improves body composition.

Les Mills BODYCOMBAT

 This high-energy martial-arts inspired kickboxing workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

Les Mills BODYBALANCE

BODYBALANCE™ is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.

Les Mills Core

LES MILLS CORE™ is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.

Pop Pilates

Pop Pilates is a dynamic and energetic workout that combines traditional Pilates principles with upbeat music and choreography, designed to strengthen and tone the body while providing a fun exercise experience.

Jazzercise

Jazzercise is a dance-based fitness program that combines jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing, offering a fun and effective full-body workout.
