BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories** in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

LES MILLS BODYBALANCE is a motivating blend of new yoga that features elements of tai chi and Pilates. It is designed to build strength, improve flexibility and leave you feeling calm and serene.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

LES MILLS CORE™ is a 30-minute core training workout that delivers quick results for all fitness levels. Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. 

POP PILATES

Pop Pilates takes classical mat Pilates to a whole new level with it's powerful fusion of music, strength and choreography. Pop Pilates classes focus on core strength, flexibility and balance. The choreography has NO IMPACT and modifications are shown to reach you at your fitness level. Try a class today!
